I have been driving this pick up for two and a half months. I have pretty much bought a part a day.. My daughter is prepping the truck to be painted for her senior project (bronze root beer) and now I have my LMC catalog I'll be replacing all weather stripping and some interior comforts.....I'm in love with my new old truck!!!!

1967 Ford F-100 – Douglas Robertson

After having a modern SUV strand us on the highway, I was in need of a vehicle over the winter while extensive repairs took place. My Ford roots took over as I searched Craigslist for a simpler way. I found my ‘67 F100 about 90 miles away. With over 100k miles, she ran okay; however, she needed some TLC. After a good tune-up and a couple orders from LMC my F100 has been stone reliable for four years. Although today she may see an easier life, any weekend can include hauling brush, recycling or general truck duty. The SUV ... read more >>

1998 Chevrolet C1500 – Angie Grande

This truck has been in the family since I was just a little girl. I can always remember wanting this truck as my own. It started off as a farm truck, hauling hay and horses around Florida. Then it was passed onto my older brother, and at 16 I was able to buy the truck. 2 years later she sits on a 7.5" Fabtech Lift, with 18x10 Moto Metal 962s and 33" Mud Grapplers.

1977 Ford F150-Justin L.

Since I was just a year old, my mom would take me for rides in the 1990 Ford F-150 custom. It had the 300 straight six motor, with a 5 speed manual. I loved that truck for years until it was eventually sold, and had plans to drive it once I got my license, but my uncle eventually ended up with possession of it and sold it. Since then, I have wanted various trucks, F-350's, older style fords, old Toyota 4x4's, even some small cars. One day it hit me. I got back into Ford's. I remember hearing my dad ... read more >>

1954 Ford F-350 – Russ Hanson

My Grandfather bought his very first brand new truck in 1954. It was a 1954 Ford F-350. He wanted to use it around the farm, so he took the original truck box off and put a grain box and dual tires on the back to make it more useful around the farm. It hauled everything from pigs to grain. It was kept in a shed all its life and proved useful on the farm up until the early 90's when he passed away. My Mother and Father purchased the truck on the auction and put it in their shed ... read more >>

1953 Ford F100 – Rick W.

I bought my truck about ten years ago. It had been redone at sometime but was needing to be done again. It was drivable and I was starting to work on it but was laid off from my job in 2009. I just rebuilt the frontend lowering it. But now the rust is so bad around the front cab mounts so not safe to drive. It is my Santa truck so I will miss driving it.

1999 Chevy Suburban 2500 – Larry M.

bought the truck this February with 195,000 miles. It will be used for family vacations and pulling a sizeable RV. It needs a lot of mechanical and cosmetic work. I started by pulling the engine and transmission for a rebuild; stock cam and bottom end, which looked nearly new. MPI conversion, EGR delete, and tuning. Steering will be overhauled, and suspension will be upgraded to poly bushings. Brakes will be upgraded, along with a 10.5 inch 14 bolt rear upgrade with disc brakes. Exhaust will be replaced and upgraded with mid length headers, cat pipes and Flowmaster 70 series. ... read more >>

1952 Ford F1 – Stephanie Michaud

Hi my name is Jewel Lee Jalopy I am a 1952 Ford F1 Frankenstein pickup truck. I was worn out, rusted out and abandoned for many years, setting in a field with only little critter family friends living in me. For years I thought my wheels would never turn or I would never see the open road again. One day I was brought to a new home and my new family gave me a brand new life. They lowered and cradled my frame, channeled my rusted out cab, replaced my rusted out floorboards, fenders and metal. I was rust ... read more >>

1952 Ford F1 – Jon Preston

I got this truck from my dad around three years ago at the age of 23, for a restoration project. My mom and dad bought this truck when I was 11 years old and had plans of a restoration but it never quite made it as far as a restoration. Three years ago my dad called and told me to come with a trailer and pick up my truck and take it home with me. I rolled the truck into the garage and began rebuilding the truck with what little knowledge I had, this was my first restoration project. ... read more >>

1968 Chevy C10 – Cassie J.

My folks had a 69 C10 when I was knee high to grasshopper and I just have always had a soft spot for them. Finally convinced a friend to sell me this one a few years ago and I'm so in love! I have big plans and dreams for her! I do most of the work myself with a little guidance here and there.

2006 Chevrolet 2500HD – Greg Maggard

I purchased my truck just a little over two years ago from the state auction. It was a white bone stock state owned work truck when I first got it. Since then I have named it "Dirtygirl" and have redone everything including paint, interior, sound system, motor work, and some custom fabrication done by myself. Mods: Paint- The truck was repainted in kawasaki ninja green, with skulls airbrushed threw out the truck. It also has a gold pearl pin stripe and the bio hazard emblems ghosted into the paint. All done by American Classics auto paint and design in ... read more >>
