I, ______________________________________, hereby agree, in consideration of the opportunity to have my name, biographical information, photograph(s) or video(s) of me, my vehicle or other property, or my children, or any other writing, video, photograph or recording I submit (“Submission”), featured or displayed on or in Long Motor Corporation’s catalogs, websites or other promotional or other material in any medium, and for no other consideration or compensation, do hereby assign (and to the extent such assignment is ever deemed invalid, I hereby grant an unlimited worldwide royalty-free license) to Long Motor Corporation and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and legal representatives (together, “LMC”) the irrevocable, unlimited, perpetual and non-exclusive right to reproduce, use, display, exhibit, distribute publicly, prepare derivatives of, and publish my Submission, including composite or distorted representations thereof for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve prior to publication the finished product, including written copy, that LMC may create or have created, including all or part of my Submission.  I acknowledge that whether my name and/or Submission is actually featured, displayed, used, or published is a decision solely within the discretion of LMC.  I agree to sign further documents that LMC may reasonably request to affirm my agreement to the foregoing.

I warrant and agree as follows:  (1) any and all Submissions I provide are my original works, created solely by me, and that no other person or entity, other than me, could interfere with LMC’s use of the Submission: (2) My Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; (3) My Submission only features me, or my children, and no other identifiable person or people; and (4) that my Submission will not include content or material that is illegal, harassing, obscene, promotes illegal actions or material, or is otherwise inappropriate, in LMC’s sole discretion.

I hereby release and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Long Motor Corporation, its associated and affiliated companies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, customers, and Long Motor Corporation’s advertising agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) harmless from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages or liability of any kind whatsoever related to, connected with, or arising out of my Submission or otherwise arising out of my use of websites operated by LMC, including, without limitation claims, causes, damages, or liability relating to rights of publicity or privacy or the Releasees’ own negligence.
