1978 Ford F150 – Jim W.

I owned my first F150 in 1979 and drove it to High School my senior year. When I retired from a long career as a firefighter, I wanted to relive that time and found my current '79 in really good condition. After almost five years and many more upgrades, including numerous parts from LMC Truck, I am enjoying this real head-turner and award-winning rig.

1990 Ford Bronco – Adam F.

This is my first truck, a 1990 Ford Bronco XLT. I got this Bronco in the summer of 2006 for $600. At the time, it was not running and needed an oil pump. After I replaced the oil pump, I was able to drive it around for the next four years before having to park it due to the computer catching fire. I ended up parking it for a year or so and then in 2011, after getting a new computer for it, my dad and I rebuilt the 351 Windsor in it. In 2019, I decided to do ... read more >>

1950 Ford F1 – David K.

My 1950 F-1 project began only as a vision. What had been estimated to be a 1 - 2 year project, extended to 20 years. Along the way, I realized that it was as much or more about the journey than the destination. The engine is a Chevy RamJet 350 combined with a 4L60E transmission and a Ford 9" rear equipped with disc brakes. The front suspension is from a Dodge Dakota that provided IFS, power rack and pinion steering and disc brakes. The rear suspension is a parallel 4 bar. Creature comforts include Vintage Air A/C and a ... read more >>

1978 Ford F350 – David H.

Born and raised in Chicago, however, I spent most of my summers in Durango, Mexico, which is where I fell in love with a relative's Ford 1976 F250. Absolutely gorgeous truck, with its phenomenal performance in the rugged country, it quickly became my dream truck. That dream in 1992, became a reality in 2016. I purchased a 1978 Ford F350 Camper Special from a cousin living in Las Vegas. The truck was in absolute great condition, definitely worthy of restoring and bringing back to life. Two years later, I set off on making a 90% restoration project (that luckily ... read more >>

1985 Ford Bronco II – Gordon K.

Picked up this 1985 Bronco II after a few months of searching for the right one. I was so happy to find LMC Trucks for a readily parts source as I redid the brakes, weather stripping, and air conditioning. Still a few things to take care of, but love driving it through the mountainous area of NW South Carolina.

1965 Ford F100 – Jacob F.

Bad news about the green '72 C10 Jim gave me. I had a catastrophic fire in the engine bay on a short road trip I was on the interstate, when a lady started honking at me and saying hey you're on fire, she saw smoke rolling from underneath my truck, so I pulled over in time to pop the hood and attempt to put out the flames using my jacket. But as the flames grew, I had to step away and watch her burn for at least ten minutes. The local fire department acted extremely swiftly but it was ... read more >>

1995 Ford F150 – Chris H.

My '95 is the 2nd F series standard cab I have owned for 30 years. I had a design idea for retractable seats and drawer storage that I fabricated for my '81 F350. Our family used this functional platform for many years on several vacations. I had also designed a unique two-part shell with a removable portion that finally made it to reality. The shell was constructed using three '92-'95 Bronco shells. 1200 hours, a lot of fiberglass, and ingenuity consumed my Summer of 2022. As a work in progress, and the shell close to finished, the restoration of ... read more >>

1966 Ford F100 – Adam M.

My great grandfather had a '65 F100 and my mom would often tell me stories of riding in the back of it in my grandfather's tobacco farm. I always thought they were cool trucks, so when I found one that would work out for me, I picked it up and that began the journey of working on my F100. Even though it’s early on, a lot of memories have been made working on it with my dad and I hope to take my grandpa for a ride in it soon!

1971 Ford F100 – Louie B.

I've had my F100 for 20+ years. A couple of years ago, I made the commitment to restore this beauty and with the help of LMC truck, I was able to easily research and order (many) parts to complete this project in just over a year and get her back on the road. It's been fun to drive and great to represent the Ford community with this one!
