1980 Dodge D150 – Richard N.
I started to restore this 1980 Dodge D150 in 2019. It has new paint and graphics, seats recovered, new wheels, and 4 barrel carb. It was ready to drive in spring of 2021. I hope to do the oak bed this year.

My grandfather bought this truck used in 1974 and used it as the family camper truck until 1996. It is a factory 400ci engine with the 727 auto transmission. It sat in his driveway unused until I inherited it in 2017. After 2 years of weekend projects, it’s back on the road. Lots of work still to do, but the “Old Dodge” is definitely my family’s favorite vehicle.
Gramps ‘86 My Grandpa bought this truck brand new in 1986. When he passed in 2009, me and my dad got it two years later in 2011. This is my first truck and I wouldn’t sell it for the world. I have had people offer to buy it, but obviously I rejected. The only problem I have with it is that fuel gets very expensive. This truck is a 1986 Dodge Ram 250 single cab long bed. It has a 360ci 5.9L V8 that makes around 240hp and 340 lb ft of torque. It’s a tank. I have lots ... read more >>
Doo-doo Brown Bought this truck to use parts for my 1985 dodge truck. After getting it home and cleaned up, my grandson expressed an interest in the truck. So, we decided to restore the 1987 as his 1st vehicle.
700,000 Kilometers in Northern Canada This is my 2004 Dodge 2500 that I used as a pilot car in northern British Columba and Alberta, Canada. I drove that truck over 700.000 kms. This picture was taken in Atlin, BC in January 2009.
I changed out the Dana 70 for a Dana 80 dually axle. My next upgrade is a planned 4" exhaust system and getting my horsepower from stock 165 H.P. to about 225 H.P. I do not wish to race down highways but only preserve equipment to last as long as possible.
My son gave me a 1972 Dodge D100. What I'm finding out is that it is very difficult to find correct body parts, etc. for this year of a Dodge truck. It appears that, unlike Chevy and Ford, most may have ended up as scrap metal. However, I intend to continue my quest to restore this vehicle to its former glory even if it takes until 2072.
“Tonka Toy” This 2009 Dodge Ram short bed 4x4 is truly a dream come true of mine. As a child of the '80s and '90s, I grew up watching Monster Trucks on TV and played with big Tonka trucks, and one of my favorite ones was a big blue 4x4 pickup. I always said, “When I grow up, I’m going to have one of these!” Finally in September of 2009 at the age of 29 that dream came true upon my purchase of a brand new Dodge Ram 4x4. I selected the regular cab with a short bed because ... read more >>
I had 1990 Dodge diesel then got t-boned at a intersection. I had to buy another truck to pull our goose neck horse trailer and got a 2003 Dodge Ram 4x4 diesel. I found out it needs new blend doors. The dash has to be removed, but there was a 'skin' over the broken and taped together dash underneath! So I needed to remove the skin to get to six bolts that hold dash in. What a mess that dash was! So I ordered a new color matching dash from LMC Truck and it arrived undamaged and showed up ... read more >>
'92 D350 CTD 5spd Dually - Six Pack Super Bee Tribute I waned a Cummins 4BT for my '80 stepside, but found this whole truck for less than a 4BT so I sold the '80. It was a farm truck from Indiana that drug a 5th wheel camper to Florida every winter. It was beat to death but rust free. The camper had been dropped on the driver side bed rail and that dent, of all the dents, bothered me, and things got way out of hand. I'm a fan of '69 six pack Super Bees and things just ... read more >>
My name is Ireland. I'm a 17 year old girl and this was my dad's truck until he passed away in 2008. My mom took it afterwards and drove it for many years until it got stolen 3 times. And luckily got it back all three times. A guy named Travis bought it back from the insurance company and I bought it off of him before Covid. When Covid hit, Travis and I spent many and many hundreds of hours on this truck. Lots of throwing parts and wanting to burn it… put about $30,000 into it… used lots ... read more >>

One Nice 2nd Gen Ram I’m the second owner of a really nice 2nd generation Dodge Ram, purchased from a friend that bought it new in 1996. He took wonderful care of this truck. The only thing I had to do to complete this beauty was to replace the dash and carpet to bring it back to new quality. Thankfully LMC had what I needed, and the parts were superb!
