Found on Craigslist, I'm 3rd owner, no rust so I bought it, very little worked, purchased most parts from LMC. Original paint, now it runs and drives like new. 4x4 , 2" suspension lift and 2" taller tires, besides that all original, Silverado edition, electric windows, door locks and A/C.

In 2002 I purchased my 1989 GMC Sierra from a buddy of mine, the first thing I did was getting rid of the Tonto cover and factory rims and replace them with American Racing wheels and BF Goodrich mud and removed the factory bench seat and got a matching leather seat. Because the truck was the most dependable vehicle I've ever had I refused to get rid of it, and because I like older vehicles and always regretted selling my 72 GTO I decided that when it was time I would restore this truck into something really cool. In ... read more >>

My uncle used to pick me up from school in a black 89 single cab stepside 5 speed Silverado and ever since I've had a spot for one of those trucks in my heart. I got the chance to buy one on a trip to purchase a motorcycle and when I saw it the motorcycle became non existent. It was a Mississippi truck and nothing special but I saw the potential. $700 and a Remington 870 made it mine and that's where the journey started. I took 6 months to get the body straightened out and little mechanical tweaks ... read more >>

Purchased this rig from the original owner in Idaho. She was quite rusty and sat for a number of years. Anything with a seal or O-ring pretty much had to be replaced. The stock engine is bored .060 over with a CompCam installed. The truck also sports a rebuilt transmission and transfer case. It was only with the help of my dad, who did the body welding for the rust spots and sealing the emblem holes, along with LMC Truck's AMAZING line of restoration parts that this beauty has come back to life. I replaced the headliner, some door ... read more >>

Air Ride suspension with a new 383 Stroker Motor with a 750 Holly Double Pumper carburetor. This project was very much worth while as I see people’s faces when I’m sitting at a stoplight or riding down the road. Thank you LMC for you quality product if it wasn’t for you this project wouldn’t be the same. ... read more >>

This is my 71 chevy truck I've owned since 1972. It started life in Arizona and is with me after a transfer to Montana. The truck had a hard 4 wheel drive life in the first 10 years, and some mods i.e. 4" lift, dual shocks, headers, the usual things you do when young. Over the last few years, I've been putting things back to stock with the help of parts from LMC Truck. It still has the original motor and trans, with the motor freshened up at 110,000, it currently has 234,000 on it. Being a rust free ... read more >>

My son and I bought, "Baby Girl" as we call her 4 years ago in August of 2014. We are the second owners. The Gentleman we bought her from said, guys have told me its to far gone! We did a complete frame off restoration and it took every bit of the 4 years to do because I worked full time as a Corrections Officer. We found the original bill of sale and a lot of paper work in the glove box! Most folks would have dropped some big engine in her but we wanted to honor her as ... read more >>
