Just bought this a few months ago from the dealer.  It had a host of problems, and the dealer really wasn’t going to make good on much of it, so I ended up having to put a lot of my own time and money into this baby.  She only had one owner who just died last year, and 60,000 miles.  I am now the proud second owner.

I installed a new clutch, new front and rear gas tanks, new sending units, new shocks, tires, and a host of other things.  I undercoated the bottom, and all the key components (frame, etc).  All the key components and underneath are rock solid, and some of the frame still retains the original black coating.

It’s got the straight 6 in it 4.9 l. Now that cylinder number 5 is firing again due to a bad fuel injector she’s purring like a kitten.  I just can’t get the belt to stop squeaking.  I’ve changed it several times, and tried making sure all pulleys are lined up.

It’s a joy to drive and a pleasure to be in.  I get looks and compliments everywhere I go.  In this crazy day and age, it’s nice to have your own little time machine to just relax and then go where you want or need to.  It’s great to be a part of this community and see that there are other people out there that enjoy these beautiful old machines as much as I do.
