Project 53

Growing up on the farm taught me many things. My parents did not come from money and it seemed we worked from daylight until dark working for a better way of life in the American dream. This taught me many things including that there was not any kind of roadside assistance ….you were the road side assistance! At a very early age when a fan belt broke on the tractor my Dad would go to the back of our old farm truck grab another one and point to the tool box and say there’s the tool box hurry up son and put that belt on tractor we need it. My love of mechanical work had begun as you can see at a early age which lead me to working in the oil & Gas industry for over 42 years as a Instrumentation & Electrical Technician. During that 42 year work history I had various Camaros, Chryslers, trucks etc….. and even lead to me being a asphalt circle track race builder, car owner and crew chief. I learned many more things including that there’s nothing stock about a stock car……………… Fast forward to my 2016 retirement …..and This truck is an example of my Farm truck…..which I am still working on.
