Lo and Behold, My Bronco

When I was 11 years old, my dad test drove a 1976 Bronco. Even though he didn’t purchase it, I knew right then that was the vehicle I wanted. I was 19 years old when I finally saved enough and traded vehicles around enough to purchase my first Bronco, a 1973 Bronco Ranger. Sixteen years later I sold it to a friend, all the while my wife telling me I would regret it. And so the story goes, I definitely regret it to this day.

In 2012, I began the search again for a Bronco. Even though I would have loved to have found my first Bronco again, not having enough information to search for it, I began to look for another. Months turned into a couple of years combing through craigslist, eBay, and Bronco forums. I then remembered a man in Fayetteville, TN, who built Broncos, so I took a ride, and low and behold there it was, my next Bronco, basically right in my backyard.

Today I have a daily driven 1971 Bronco, Copperhead Pearl, with a 302 with slight modifications, automatic transmission, disc brakes, power steering.
