Bonding with Grandson

I wanted to find a project rig to share the experience with my grandson. I found just a rig at the swap meet in Portland. Its a November build 1966 Bronco, uncut, but previous owner had done a few upgrades. I started looking into what I needed to get it back to stock, this is when I found out how rare an early ’66 Bronco is.

The body and sheet metal was built by “Budd Company”. This made finding original parts very hard. 7 years later, it’s finally on the road, with all the original parts an early ’66 had. Stock 170 CI, “3 on the tree” 4.11 gears Wagon package with bench seat and bulk head.
