Growing up my family made our fun. My dad and his friends would build trucks and our vacations were truck shows and going to the sand dunes in Michigan. So naturally when I turned 15 I had saved up enough money to buy this truck that my dad and I had found in the woods behind a mom and pop dealership. I tore this truck down to a frame sitting on milk crates with nothing left on it. Then, I rebuilt from the ground up in my little 2 car garage. Replaced floor boards rebuilt and improved the motor with heads, valves, roller crank, bigger cam, flat top pistons, roller lifters, and a Holley Sniper EFI. All of this I had done my self along with custom fitting 4-point racing seats and a custom wood bed I had cut to fit from barn wood collected and with some help I painted to be an American flag. This truck was mine and it was a bonding experience for me and my dad.
