• Jeff C.'s 1968 Ford F100

My son and I picked up this father/son project last year. We wanted something that had the look of an old shop truck but was modern enough that he could drive when he turns 16.

The truck is a true Georgia farm truck that was matted with a 2005 Tennessee State Trooper Crown Victoria. So it now has 4 wheel disc brakes, power steering and a fuel injected V8 power.

Our plan is to keep it “original” on the outside. I mean it took 50 years to look this cool, so why change it? We have plans to fully restore the interior back to mostly stock. We use this truck every week from driving it to basketball, yard sales to drag racing it. Heck, we even autocrossed. We smile every time we get a chance to get it out.
