A pair of Fords had been sitting in a field not far from where I live for as long as I could remember. Even though most would not give them a second look, I pulled out the best of the two and wanted to put new life back into it. The registration’s last date was 1978 and remnants of the farms logo could vaguely be seen. A full winter project later and I had the F1 back on the road. The frame was replaced with a more modern one and a 350 replaced the locked up flat head that was under the hood. It wasn’t straight as an arrow but looked really good especially in the hot rod flat black paint job. Oh, did I mention it also has flame throwers on the dual exhaust…
