This truck was bought new in 1989 by my grandfather. From the dealership in Michigan it went right to Boss snowplows to have one put on. Then it was brought to its resting place in Wisconsin where it would sit and occasionally get used. It was only used to plow like 3 or 4 times and was rarely driven on the road. Most of the time it just sat in the garage. Years went by the truck rarely moved, just sitting. One day when I was a young boy I wandered into my grandpa’s garage. And found the truck. I loved it the first time I saw it. The years went on I always checked on the dodge that never moved. The day came when my grandfather said that I could have the truck (with certain stipulations). That was probably one of the happiest days of my life. Right next the day I brought it home. I got half way home with the truck when I blew a brake line. So it had absolutely no brakes at all. I continued to drive it home. Once I had gotten it home, I went to work fixing up the truck. Fixed all the brake lines, brake pads, fuel lines, trans cooler lines, exhaust, and other things that had deteriorated over time. The time where I actually got to drive the truck, safely. I drove the truck through the last days in high school. It’s the truck I drove to high school on my last day. This truck has made me very very happy and I’m glad that it has come into my life.
