Purchased this Arkansas truck from the original family. It had been passed down from uncle to father to son and was no longer being used. I was unable to find anyone to do a badly needed paint job at what I felt was a reasonable price, so I signed up for a tech school’s Auto Body class with intentions of having it painted within a couple of weeks. After weeks of hand sanding, I discovered it was much more work than I expected. To keep a long story short, I got some help from some other students and spent eight months restoring my truck. I also soon discovered that LMC is the best place to get replacement parts. My instructor told me I had learned a lot. I said I learned not to try this again. Far too much work.
