I purchased this truck seven years ago as a primered roller from the state of Kentucky. It was a true father and son project and we spent time in my garage as well as his. The truck started life as a 1969 short wheel base stepside. Beginning with a rust free cab and stock drum brake chassis, the changes have included the following:

ENGINE: 1969 Camaro 396 CI, bored & stroked to 434 CI, Lunati VooDoo Cam, Crane Roller Rockers, Eagle “H” Beam rods, Edelbrock Intake, Holley 750 Carb, and FlowTech Ceramic Headers

SUSPENSION: Dropped 5″ in front, 7″ in rear using 1985 C10 Front Crossmember/Suspension Swap, McGaughy’s Drop Spindles, CPP 4 Wheel Disc Brakes & Drop Springs, Porterbuilt C-Notch, Sway Bar, Shock Bar, Crossmember

INTERIOR: Saddle Bucket Seats w/Console, Classic AutoSound Stereo/Speakers, Vintage Air SureFit Kit, Lokar Floor Shifter, Lokar Pedals, Billet Rear View Mirror and Saddle Carpet

TRANSMISSION: Turbo 400 w/Shift Kit, 2800 Stall Convertor

WHEELS: Billet Specialties 20″ x 8″ Front, 20″ x 10″ Rear

BODY: Changed to Fleetside Bed, All new Metal, NOS Chevy Tailgate, Dark Mahogany Wood Bed

PAINT: 2008 BMW Ontario Gold and 2010 Corvette Speedway White

We started and actually drove the truck on December 31st for the first time. We had a muffler shop install Magnaflows and it sounds really nice. Thanks to everyone who helped me realize my dream truck.
