True barn find – purchase from the son of the original owner who ran a Christmas tree farm in Sandy, Oregon. When bought it was amazing straight. Relatively small amounts of rust especially considering its whole life was spent in the northwest. It had been setting for some time when I bought it. Amazingly replaced the master cylinder (best to stop it before getting it running), rebuilt the carb and it fired right up. Work in progress, plan to keep it as stock as possible (update/replace worn out parts). It has a stock 2 bbl 352 with a “New Process 435” 4 speed and 4:10 rear end. It was reported the engine has been rebuilt. Sure seems to run strong.
So glad to have found LMC Truck. Will update in the future as I use your company to get this 65 back on the road. Pictures include the day I bought its first “exterior clean up”.
