At a local garage, sitting at the corner with a for sale sign in the window, I spotted my F-150. I spoke with the mechanic, and was told that it just needed the carb rebuilt and a tune-up. I purchased the truck and arranged for the rebuilding of the carb and the tune up. When I came to pick up my F-150, it ran so well the guy who I purchased it from offered to buy it back. I am so glad I kept the truck.

Since then, I have purchased several parts from LMC to restore my F-150. Among those parts was rear quarter patch panels that I had welded in place. I bought the rally wheel paint to restore the factory spoke wheels. And, after a new two-toned paint job, I purchased a new headlight system and license plate lights. This past year I had the interior seat re-upholstered to match the exterior of the truck. I purchased a dash cover from LMC, and, since the F-150 did not come with a headliner nor carpet, I had those installed as well. With the purchase of a new grill emblem I was ready to take some pictures and submit them to LMC. This is my daily driver, and I love to drive my F-150 and receive the many compliments on how good it looks. I plan on keeping it on the road, taking it to car shows, and driving it for several years.
